Every vendor figure page names its window by one rule

Nothing on screen changes. A vendor figure page can be opened on a Command Centre range or on a KPI definition’s period, and each page used to decide for itself which one it was on before choosing its wording — “this period” or the range’s name, the day the movement card ends on, the window the “before” column is read over.

Those choices now come from the same place that picks the window, so if the rule for which window wins ever changes, every page’s figures and every page’s words move together.
