The demo explains how its experts were matched

On the demo, the Matching card on a lead now has an info button in its header. It opens a short note for whoever is watching the demo:

• How the demo matches: on product and certifications, availability and workload, industry, location and language, past CSAT and day rate — the simplest rule.
• What can change: the matching engine and routing policy can be set up however the vendor delivers work — who is asked first, how the expert is chosen, what margin is held and who approves.
• Where to ask: a link to the Sustentus team’s contact page, which opens in a new tab.

The button opens by click, by keyboard and by tap. Leads outside the demo are unchanged.
