One word for nudging a blocker on the CSM dashboard

CSMs messaging the party a go-live blocker waits on now see one word for it everywhere on the dashboard. The row button, its message box, the conversation cards and their timestamps all say nudge: Send nudge, Last nudged 2h ago, Not nudged yet.

The blocked accounts card now counts what it lists: 4 open blockers. When a party filter matches no blocker, the card shows No blockers match this filter. It no longer says every account is moving, which was wrong while other blockers stayed open.

On the SDM dashboard, the box for logging experts you have reached about a coverage gap now reads Add expert contacted.
