Internal delivery records are no longer published on the docs site

The docs site used to serve the team’s working records of past releases at an unlisted address. That address now returns “not found”: the records were never product documentation, and some named people and internal settings.

The team still has every record, unchanged, in the code repository, where only people with repository access can read them. The docs site now holds product and developer documentation only.
