Certifications name the product they cover, and the match card counts them

Experts — when you add a certification under Professional evidence on My knowledge, pick the product it covers. A certification can’t be saved without one. Each certification in your list shows its product.

Admins and SDMs — the evidence review queue shows the product beside each certification, so you can check it against the right product before you approve it.

On the match card, the Product tick now reads an expert’s approved certifications on the lead’s product, and its reason gives the count — “3 scheduler certifications”. The count is the expert’s level on that product. Listing the product on a profile is no longer enough: an expert who does but holds no approved certification on it shows “Knows scheduler · no certification”, not met.

Certifications added before today don’t name a product, so they don’t count towards the tick. To have one count, the expert adds it again with its product and submits it for review. Experts can now also delete any of their evidence items, including approved ones.
