Accounts at risk replaces Account warning signs on the Command Centre

On the Command Centre, the Account warning signs table is now Accounts at risk, one card under the headline figures. It flags the same accounts as before: those showing an SLA breach, a delivery running past its SLA, CSAT below 4 out of 5, or work open for more than 30 days. It reads in five columns you can say out loud:

  • Account and Owner, as before.
  • Why: one sentence naming every sign the account shows, then its oldest open delivery blocker, with how many more are open. For example, “Delivery breached its SLA, work open over 30 days · Policy system export not delivered”.
  • Project value: what is still to deliver on the account’s work in flight. It is the same work Active Service Revenue counts, in your reporting currency. This replaces Paid in range.
  • Risk level: High in red for three or more signs, Medium in amber for two, and Low in green for one.

The card lists the eight accounts with the most value still to deliver. An account flagged only on work that has already finished has no value left to deliver, so it comes last. View all customers still opens your customers list.
