Blocked accounts is now one inbox you can work from

The Go live control dashboard used to split your blocked accounts in two: a red summary strip at the top, and a wide table underneath that you had to scroll sideways to read. They are now one section, Blocked accounts.

What is different

The figures are the filters. The counts that sat in the strip — how many accounts are blocked, how many by the customer, the expert or the vendor, how many you have already escalated, and how long the oldest issue has been open — are now chips above the table. Select one and the table shows only those accounts; the heading tells you which filter is on and how many rows it leaves. Select it again, or All blocked, to go back.

Every account is one row, and you act on it there. Each row offers four things: open the account’s workspace, nudge whoever is blocking it, escalate, or clear the blocker. Chasing happens in the row, so you no longer scroll to the conversations below to send it. If an action is not yours to take — the account belongs to another CSM — the button says so rather than failing quietly.

Escalate now does something. Previously the button was there but recorded nothing. Escalating now counts against the blocker, which is the figure the already escalated chip shows, and it carries into the delivering expert’s record.

Nothing was dropped, and nothing scrolls sideways. Every column the old table carried is still here — the ones that no longer fit a column, like the full blocker wording, the impact, the value at risk and the SLA arithmetic, are behind Details on each row. The table fits your screen, and on a phone it stacks into cards.
