The demo can now be walked step by step

The demo host can now run the whole customer journey as a guided walk. It follows Paul’s eight stages, from the Command Centre to the paid invoice, in 83 steps.

• A stage bar sits at the top of every page. It shows where you are (“Stage 4 of 8”) and has Previous and Next. Click any stage to jump to it, or use the arrow keys.
• Next does the work. It signs you in as the person the step is seen from, opens the page, and shows the Havenbrook engagement as it stood at that point in its history. A short “Switching seat” screen marks each change of person.
• A pink spotlight points at what the step is about, with a one-line caption. The spotlight never blocks the page, so you can click anything and press Next to carry on.
• Presenter notes show the spoken line for each step. They are off until you turn them on.
• The AI conversation plays back one message at a time, as if it were happening live.

Nothing changes on the platform itself, or on a demo host running free rein. The walk appears on demo.sustentus.com once the host is switched to walkthrough mode.
