The assistant’s opening leads with your worst blocked accounts

When you open the assistant, it briefs you on what is blocked and offers next steps on the accounts that need you most. Those accounts are now taken from your whole blocker queue, worst first: accounts past their stage deadline, then at-risk ones, the longest stuck first within each.

Before, on a book with more than 25 open blockers, the opening only looked at the 25 most recently raised. An account that had been stuck past its deadline for weeks could be missing from the briefing. It now leads it.

The same order applies when you ask the assistant what is blocked or needs chasing: the worst blockers come first, and it still tells you how many there are in total.
