Until now, whether a workspace was ready to launch was visible only to that workspace’s own administrator. Answering “how are our vendors doing?” meant opening tenants one at a time and inferring.

The console’s tenant list now carries a Go-live column. A workspace that has everything in place reads Launch-ready; one that does not names the checks still outstanding — SLA, service model, integrations, roles, commercial — so the list says what to chase rather than just how bad it is. Two filters sit beside the search box: narrow to Not launch-ready to see only the workspaces that need attention, and to a setup state to see who is stuck part-way through onboarding.

Open a workspace and the Go-live readiness card gives the detail: all five checks with their verdicts, and for each one outstanding, what is missing and where it is fixed. Where the console has a panel for it, the gap links straight down to it; where it does not, it names the page in the workspace’s own settings.

The verdicts are the same ones the workspace’s administrator sees on their own dashboard — one computation now serves both, so the two can never drift apart and tell you different things about the same workspace.

Partners see readiness for the workspaces assigned to them, and nothing else.
