SDM coverage, readiness and risk read the same everywhere

Each status on the SDM overview now has one set of words, used on every card, figure page, filter and search:

• Coverage: Fully covered, Partial or Not covered.
• Readiness: Ready, Partly ready or Not ready. This replaces “Escalate / Monitor / No action” on the bid readiness card and the colour names on its figure page.
• Risk: High, Medium or None. This replaces “Critical / Weak” on the go live risks card and “Red / Amber” on its figure page.

The go live demand card now has a single Coverage column. The old “Coverage status” column showed readiness under the wrong heading.

Rows that need attention are now highlighted red or amber in light and dark mode. Searching a figure page for a status, such as “Partly ready”, finds the cells that show it.
