The assistant answers in plain British English

Every assistant on the platform now follows one written house style, whichever role you sign in as.

• It writes in British English: organise, prioritise, catalogue, and dates such as 14 October 2026.
• It starts with the answer or the figure, without restating your question or thanking you for it.
• It ends on the last fact or the next step you need to take, without offering more help.
• It keeps answers short unless you ask for a breakdown, and it uses no exclamation marks or emoji.

If the assistant does not know something, it says so rather than guessing.
