The CSM and SDM overviews open straight onto their figures

The overviews no longer open with lines of explanation before the first card.

• One line under the title. Go live control and Go live readiness show when their figures were read, and nothing else. The line saying only Red and Amber accounts were listed is gone, because the portfolio shows every account.
• The range picker says what it does. Hover over or focus the range on either overview to see that it sets the window on the pages each card opens. The figures on the overview itself are as at now.
• The blocker inbox shows its order in the table. The Stage and SLA heading carries the sort arrow in place of the sentence under the table.
• Vendors get the same treatment. The KPI dictionary shows its title and the time its figures were read. A customer’s page names the customer once.
