The demo’s Command Centre shows believable customer numbers
The demo company’s records now give the vendor Command Centre’s customer figures something real to read. Each figure is still worked out the same way; only the demo’s records changed.
- Service Activation Rate reads 75%. Every demo request now carries the day it arrived. Of the twelve that arrived in the last 30 days, nine have reached delivery.
- Customer Retention reads 83%. Six customers had work delivered in the previous 90 days, and five have started new work since. Kinloch Solar is the one that hasn’t.
- Customer health scores all ten customers. Every finished project is now signed off by its customer, and four customers with no finished work each gained one. Brightline stays green; Fennick and Ardenne read amber.
- Customers at renewal risk reads 1: Aldermoor. Its last projects arrived late and its spending has fallen. This is the account the guided walk’s at-risk step opens on.
The demo is reset every night, so these numbers appear the morning after this change ships.
