SDM coverage records no longer store a platform

Coverage pools have been product × region × language since platforms were removed, but the outreach dispositions an SDM records and the daily coverage snapshots behind the bridges still kept the platform each pool’s product used to sit under. Nothing read it.

That leftover field is now removed from both, in the stored records as well as the code. The SDM dashboard’s go-live risks, outreach dispositions and coverage bridges show exactly what they showed before.
