One page now explains how an expert is matched and ranked

The product documentation has a new Expert matching page. It answers “how is the expert selected?” in one place: when matching runs, what it reads from the lead and the expert’s profile, the two filters that decide who is shortlisted, the seven keys the shortlist is ranked on, how experts the SDM invites are listed, the active-project cap, and what each of the four ticks on a match card means.

Each rule ends in a reference to the code that applies it, so the page can be checked against the product, and corrected along with it when matching changes. The Experts and Requirements pages now link to it instead of restating the rules.
