Adding a customer who already has a sign-in now sends them an invitation

When you add a customer from Invite customer while creating a lead, and their email address already has a Sustentus sign-in, they are now sent an invitation to join your organisation rather than being added straight away. They join when they accept it.

The form tells you when this happens, so you know the customer has an invitation waiting. You can still select them and raise the lead immediately — it stays pending until they sign in, as it does for any new customer. Until they accept, your organisation keeps only the name and email address you typed.

Customers with no sign-in yet are added exactly as before.
