Vendor money figures show your reporting currency
Some money figures on the Live Service Command Centre and the customer pages always showed a euro sign, even if your reporting currency is something else. They now show your own currency. This covers the At risk table, the funnel chart and the revenue-lost table, the customer-health card, Top customers, and a customer’s ARR, services pipeline and revenue at risk.
Some figures also added up amounts in different currencies:
- Revenue with failing CSAT and revenue awaiting CSAT, on the customer-health card
- Revenue in the At risk table
- Services pipeline, on a customer’s page
They now count only invoices and work priced in your reporting currency. If your customers pay in more than one currency, these figures may be lower than before. The difference is amounts in other currencies, which were never converted.
