Expert track records load the same way however long an expert’s history

Every match card shows an expert’s track record — for example 14 completed · 1 active — and matching, the SDM coverage view and the proposal page read the same two numbers.

Until now, each of those pages fetched every delivered or active project of every expert it showed, then counted them. The longer an expert’s delivery history, the more it had to fetch, and matching asks about many experts at once.

Now the database returns the two counts for each expert directly. The numbers are unchanged — what counts as completed or active is the same rule as before — and the read stays the same size as experts deliver more work.
