Access settings now fail safe when a permission is incomplete
Every permission in Sustentus carries an access level: a person sees either their own records or everything in the organisation. If that level is ever missing or unreadable, Sustentus now treats it as own records only. Before, it treated it as everything.
Nothing changes for anyone today. Every role and every individual grant keeps exactly the access it had. This only changes what happens if a setting is ever saved incompletely: customers, experts and vendors stay limited to their own records instead of seeing the organisation’s.
The role and permission editors show each access level the way it is enforced, so what an admin sees there always matches what people can actually open.
