Vendor figures count your whole organisation

Vendors reading the Live Service Command Centre, the pages behind its cards, a customer’s page, the KPI dictionary or the vendor assistant now see figures built from every lead, satisfaction response and invoice in their organisation. Until now each figure counted only the records stamped with the signed-in seat, so a response with no vendor on it was left out and a second seat saw nothing. Satisfaction now agrees with the CSAT list over the same period, and every vendor seat sees the same numbers. Figures may rise where some records were not attributed to anyone; that is the change working.

The KPI dictionary’s definitions say the same: seven of them no longer describe their population as “attributed to this vendor” or “customers of this vendor”.

If an administrator has narrowed a vendor seat’s access to leads, satisfaction responses or invoices to its own records, that seat now sees a short notice instead of the organisation’s figures, and the assistant offers it only its own lead book.
