A quieter lead workspace when there is nothing to do

The lead workspace used to fill the space under the header with a grey box reading “Monitoring — no action needed at this stage” whenever you had no next step. It is gone.

The next best action appears only when there is one. Where a lever exists it sits where it always has, unchanged. Where none exists the space is simply empty — being told there is nothing to do is not information you can act on, and it was crowding the thing you can.

An empty actions rail says so once, and looks it. When “More actions” has nothing available, the whole section now dims and carries a single line — “Nothing for you to do on this request right now” — with nothing clickable in it. You can tell at a glance, from the shape of the page, that this request is not waiting on you. Where a next best action is on screen, the rail says “Nothing else for you to do on this request right now”, so the two never contradict each other.

Nothing about which actions you have, or when, has changed — only what the workspace looks like when you have none.
