Expert quality figures now count the work an expert has delivered

An expert’s quality figures used to treat work as finished as soon as it was awarded, before it had started, and never counted a project once it was delivered. So completion, repeat-work, rework, escalation and CSAT read close to zero for most experts, even experts with a long delivery record.

They now count a project as completed once it reaches Delivered, or any step after it. That is the same rule the match card uses for “completed”, so the card and the figures agree about an expert.

Experts will see the change on their own dashboard figures and on each figure’s detail page. SDMs will see it in coverage (which experts read as strong or overloaded), expert strength and market signals. Many figures will rise the first time you open them; nothing needs to be re-entered. Vendor ratings and the number of projects assigned to an expert do not change.
