Every notification now has a row in your notification preferences

Fifteen notices had no row in Settings → Notifications. Their emails were on by default, and you had no way to turn them off. Each one now has a row, so you can choose whether it is emailed to you.

• Activity — SDM assigned, Ownership transferred, BRD approval blocked, BRD revised, Changes requested on a lead, Revised proposal sent, Request waiting on answers and Lead gone quiet.
• Operational — Bid rejected, Bid revised, Bid updated, Bid changes requested, Bid deadline approaching and Bid deadline closed.
• Communication — Concern raised.

Your existing settings are unchanged. Any new notice added from now on gets its own row too.
