An empty figure tells good news apart from missing data

When a figure page has nothing to list, the one line it shows in place of the list now sits centred in its card, and a long message or note wraps into a few even lines rather than one line across the page or a tall narrow column.

Where an empty answer is good news, the line now carries a green check instead of the chart icon:

• Admins: Notification failures — “Nothing failed to send in this range”.
• CSMs: Blocked accounts — “Nothing is blocked”.
• Vendors: Revenue at risk — “Nothing in flight carries a risk flag”, and Revenue lost before go-live — “Nothing was lost before go-live in this range”.

Every other empty figure keeps the chart icon, so a page that has no data yet still reads differently from one where nothing went wrong.
