The users list is now segmented, with the columns each group needs
Until now the users list showed everyone in one table, with the same seven columns whether you were looking at a customer, an expert or a colleague. Finding the right person meant already knowing their name.
Above the list there is now a row of segments — all, customers, managers, experts, vendors — and each one carries a live count of the people in it.
Each segment shows what that group is actually about
Choosing a segment changes the columns as well as the rows:
- Customers — their company, where they are, and how many of their requests are still open
- Managers — CSMs and SDMs together, with the size of their team and how many active accounts they carry
- Experts — what they can do, and their average rating from completed work
- Vendors — the company they represent
- All — everyone, with the roles and reporting columns the list has always shown
An expert who has not been rated yet shows a dash rather than a zero: no rating is not a bad one.
It works with what you had already set
The segment sits in the address bar, so you can link someone straight to it. It combines with the search box and the team, region and country filters rather than replacing them — set a filter, then change segment, and the filter stays. Each count reflects whatever you have filtered to, so the number on a segment is the number of rows you get when you open it.
Your choice is remembered, so the list opens where you left it next time. And opening someone’s profile now offers a way back to the list you came from, in the segment you were reading.
Someone who holds more than one role appears in every segment their roles put them in, so the counts add up to more than the total under all. Administrators appear under all rather than as a segment of their own.
