The demo’s Command Centre shows a running business before the walk’s first lead arrives

The guided demo opens the vendor’s Command Centre as it stood the moment before Brightline’s request arrived, then returns to it at the end to show what moved. That first view used to look close to empty, with no work in flight and no customer scored, so the comparison read as a fault rather than as growth.

The demo’s history is now dated across each project’s own life, from request to quote, delivery and payment. Read at the walk’s first step, the Command Centre shows:

• about £34,900 of accepted work still in flight across ten projects
• four requests raised in the previous thirty days, two of them already under way
• health bands for five customers

Brightline is not yet among them. Every figure the Command Centre shows today is unchanged.
