Answer the assistant’s questions with a click
Writing your requirements with Project Discovery now takes fewer keystrokes. When a question has a short set of likely answers, they appear under it, ready to click.
What changes for you
- Customers see the likely answers as buttons when Project Discovery asks something like how many people will use the system or which rollout approach you prefer. Clicking one sends it as your answer.
- Where you can choose several things, such as which tasks you want your delivery expert to handle, you get a checklist. Tick what applies, then press Continue.
- When the assistant asks two related questions together, such as users and languages, you answer both and press Continue once. Both answers are sent together.
- Your choices stay visible, greyed out with your picks marked, when you come back to the conversation later.
- You can always type your own answer instead. Nothing you click submits your document — submitting still asks for your go-ahead first.
