See what the assistant is costing you

Every conversation with the Sustentus assistant now records what it used, and administrators can read the result.

For workspace administrators

AI spend is in the assistant’s header. It shows what your workspace spent in a month, broken down by the assistant that answered — the general assistant, the CSM assistant, and any that follow — with the preceding six months beside it so you can see the direction of travel.

Only administrators of a workspace can open it, and only for their own workspace.

For Sustentus staff and partners

The console has an AI spend section showing the same figures per workspace. Staff see every workspace; partners see the ones assigned to them.

These are measurements, not a bill

The figures are worked out from what the AI provider reported for each conversation, priced against a published rate table. Every screen says what it counted, the exact days it covers, and what it was derived from — and where a conversation ran on a model with no published rate, it says that too rather than quietly leaving it out. Demo conversations cost nothing and are never counted.

Your invoice still comes from your agreement with us; nothing here changes what you are charged.
