Match cards show the SDM’s note

In a lead’s Matching section, any expert the SDM has left a note on now shows it on their card, as one line under the expert’s name, followed by who wrote it and the date. Before, the card showed a note only for an expert the SDM had invited, so a decline recorded on a ranked expert — “Declined — no capacity before the peak trading freeze” — never appeared, and the expert looked as available as the rest.

An invited expert still shows Added by the SDM, with their note on the same single line. The note stays on the card when the matcher runs again. If the person who wrote it has since left, the line shows the note and the date only.

Looking at a lead as it stood at an earlier moment, a card shows a note only if it had been written by then, and an expert the SDM invited after the matcher left them out is not on the shortlist before the invite.
