An expert’s priced response is a quote, everywhere

What an expert sends back on a request used to be called a proposal on some screens and a bid on others. It is now a quote on every page, notification, email and assistant answer. The bid pool keeps its name: it is still where open requests wait for experts, and its deadline now reads Bid pool deadline.

Where an expert’s quote and the quote issued to the customer appear together, they are named apart: Expert quotes in the lead workspace and the notification filters, Customer quote for the one the customer decides on. The Quotes page in the sidebar lists the experts’ quotes.

Accepting a quote now opens the same dialog from the lead workspace and from the quote’s own page — Accept this quote? — and says what happens: the expert is assigned, the other quotes on the lead are rejected, and this quote goes to the customer for their decision. Rejecting one asks for a Reason, which the expert is told.

SDM figures follow the same words — Average quote price, Quote range, Quote readiness — with the same numbers as before, and the KPI dictionary’s definitions name the quote each figure reads.
