Clearer links and keyboard focus on the expert and customer overviews

On the expert overview, the Open link on each row of Active delivery, Close out work and Work ready for me now shows in the link colour, so it reads as the way into that piece of work. It still opens the work’s workspace.

If you move through either overview with the Tab key, the control you are on now shows a focus ring. That covers the Open links, the action-required count cards, Clear filter, and Done on your next actions as a customer. Everything else on both pages looks and works as before.
