The assistant now briefs CSMs before they ask

When you open the assistant as a CSM, it speaks first. The open go-live blockers across your accounts and the revenue those accounts carry are on screen as the page loads, with no question needed.

Underneath, the assistant gives its reading: one line on where things stand, then the one account worth your next two minutes and why — the stage it is stuck in, who owns the blocker, how long it has waited. Buttons offer the moves that follow: what you can do on that account, where it is up to, or its page on the platform.

If nothing is blocked, the briefing says so and shows your portfolio instead.

The briefing becomes a saved conversation only when you reply to it. The suggested questions above the input now ask the next things worth knowing: which accounts have been escalated, which blockers are waiting on a partner, which accounts have been stuck longest, and how many accounts you are carrying.
