Webhook deliveries can no longer send unlimited invitation emails

When a lead posted to your inbound webhook names someone who already has a sign-in account, they are emailed an invitation to your workspace. Each organisation can now send at most 20 of those invitations in any 24 hours through the webhook. A delivery that would send another is turned away with a “try again later” answer that says when — nothing is created and nobody is emailed — and the same delivery goes through once the window allows it.

Leads for new addresses, existing members and customers you already have are not affected by the limit.

The recent deliveries list on your integrations settings now shows what each accepted delivery did about the customer’s account, so you can see at a glance which ones sent an invitation email.
