The vendor Command Centre opens a step sooner

The Revenue at Risk tile and the Accounts at risk card both name the open blocker behind each flagged project. The Command Centre used to look those blockers up twice, one lookup after the other. It now looks them up once for both cards, so the page has one less thing to wait for before it shows. Every figure, flag and line reads as it did.

If that lookup fails, both cards still show every figure, row and flag; their lines stop at the flags rather than guessing whether a blocker is open.
