Edit a lead’s overview and requirements as formatted text

Edit overview on the lead workspace used to open two plain text boxes. Because both fields are stored as formatted text, you saw the raw markup rather than the formatting — and saving replaced whatever structure the requirements-gathering conversation had written with flat text.

Both fields now open in the same rich-text editor used everywhere else on the platform. Headings, lists, emphasis and links are preserved when you open the dialog and when you save, and the Requirements section of the workspace shows exactly what you wrote.

Clearing a field now works as well: emptying the overview or the requirements and saving stores the empty field, where before the previous text was quietly kept.

Every edit is recorded in the lead’s activity feed, so the record shows that the brief changed and who changed it.
