Match cards show an expert’s current project counts

Each expert’s match card on a lead’s workspace shows how many projects they have completed and how many are active, and whether they have capacity for another. Those figures come from all of the expert’s leads, not just the one you are matching.

Until now, when another of the expert’s leads moved on — a customer accepted their quote, the final invoice was approved or paid, or the lead was qualified out or archived — match cards on other leads could keep showing the old counts. You could shortlist an expert who was already at their active-project limit, or pass over one who had just freed up.

Match cards now pick up the change: open the workspace and the counts and the capacity tick reflect the expert’s current projects. If the page was already open, reload it once.
