The workspace shows your change as soon as you make it

Until now, an action on a lead’s workspace left the page showing the state from before you pressed the button. Assigning a manager, accepting a bid, deciding on an invoice, moving a milestone — each one saved correctly, and each one left the rail, the header and the journey strip reading as though nothing had happened. The only way to see your own change was to reload the page, which made every working action look broken.

The workspace now re-reads the lead as part of the action, so what is on screen after a button press is what the server holds. Assign a CSM and the assignee appears in the rail, the people section and the header. Accept a bid and the row reads accepted, its rivals read rejected, and the journey strip moves on. No reload.

This covers changes you make yourself. A change made by someone else — a manager accepting a bid while you have the lead open — still appears the next time the page loads.
