Figure pages state their range once

A figure page’s header now holds its title, one range control and the as-at stamp. The range is no longer repeated in words beside the stamp, so the number and its table come sooner.

• Vendors: Revenue delivered and Revenue Entering Service name their range in the range control only. Customer retention’s period buttons sit in the header like every other page’s range control; the dates the period covers, its day boundaries and any timezone or in-progress note open from the figure’s help button.
• Customer health: the four parts of the score, how it is rounded and the Green, Amber and Red bands open from the figure’s help button instead of a card above the table. When no customer carries a score yet, the table’s place says so in one line, with the reason.
• CSMs and SDMs: every figure page names its range in the range control only.

No figure’s value has changed.
