The assistant says customer, organisation and login

The assistant’s built-in instructions now use the product’s words. A business your team serves is a customer, never an account. Your own business on Sustentus is your organisation. A person’s sign-in is their login. A Customer Success Manager asking “Which of my customers are blocked?” gets an answer that says customers, next to chips and tables that already did.

Customers working on a request are pointed to their Customer Success Manager, not an account manager, when the service or product needs changing, when a closed request needs reopening, or when an approved document is not yet with experts.

Where your team has published its own edits to the assistant’s prompts, those edits still apply until they are published again with the new words.
