Three more figures in the KPI dictionary

The revenue funnel, revenue lost before go-live and top customers now each have an entry in your KPI dictionary, alongside every other figure on the Command Centre.

Each entry says what is counted, what is left out, how the figure is measured and how to read it, and shows the figure itself for the period you have selected. Open the entry and its page opens on that same period, so the dictionary and the page never state different numbers.

• Revenue funnel — the leads sourced in the period, at the stage each stands at now.
• Revenue lost before go-live — the open service revenue on leads that ended before delivery.
• Top customers — every customer with a lead sourced in the period, with their leads, delivered work, satisfaction and settled spend side by side.
