SDM coverage pools are named by product, region and language
A coverage pool is now one product in one region and language. The extra vendor level that used to split a product’s demand is gone.
- Tables: the go live risks, go live demand and quote and bid readiness tables on the SDM overview no longer show a Vendor column. Each row names its product, region and language.
- Figure pages: the drill-down pages behind the SDM cards drop the Vendor column and filter, and the area figure no longer counts vendors.
- Your outreach is kept: the action state and experts messaged you recorded on a pool now show on that product’s pool. Where you had recorded outreach on the same product twice, the more recent record is the one kept.
- Movements stay honest: a drill-down whose opening was recorded before this change doesn’t show any pool as closed and re-opened because of it.
- Requests with no product no longer count in any pool or SDM figure. Give a request its product and it appears in that product’s pool.
The assistant’s coverage and demand answers name each pool the same way: product, region and language.
