Overview colours now mean something
The vendor, CSM and SDM overviews used to tint every card with a coloured icon, whatever its figure said. A card about customer health could show a green shield while health was red. Now:
- No decorative icons: cards and page titles carry no coloured icon. The warning marker beside a card’s name still appears when the figure needs attention.
- Colour follows the data: red, amber and green appear only where the figure has a state, such as a customer’s health band, a severity, a shortfall or whether a number went up or down.
- Plain figures stay plain: CSAT scores, revenue at renewal risk, revenue awaiting CSAT, the platform fee, revenue lost before go-live and the bid price bands read in the normal text colour.
- Top customers: each customer’s band badge now matches its band (green, amber or red), as it does on the customer health card.
Nothing about the figures themselves has changed.
