Satisfaction surveys ask and show scores the same way
Customers answering a satisfaction survey now score from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) on every survey form, and each form says that scores are shown out of 5. The short survey no longer preselects a score and asks for one before it can be sent. Before this change it asked for 1 to 5, so a top score of 5 showed as 2.5 out of 5. Scores sent that way before today still show at that value.
Satisfaction pages now say project throughout: the projects waiting for your feedback, the list of your responses and each response name the project by its number, such as “#42”. Search by that number.
CSMs and administrators see each score in the same colour on the list and on the response itself: 4 and above in green, 3 and above in amber, below 3 in red. The response page reads in sentence case: “Overall score”, “Score breakdown”, “Expert appreciation”.
