Delivery searches skip the record of finished work

Every finished piece of work leaves a record behind — its plan, its notes and its decisions. Those records now number in the thousands, and until today every search across the delivery workspace returned them alongside the work in progress.

Searches now leave the finished records out by default, so the agents that build each change read only what is current. The records themselves are unchanged and stay in the repository’s history, and a search that names them on purpose still finds every one.
