The KPI dictionary shows Revenue Entering Service and the Live Service Pipeline live
Five entries in the KPI dictionary used to read “Not yet reported”. They now show their figures: Revenue Entering Service, and the Live Service Pipeline’s Open, Service Pipeline Value, Wrapping up and Completed. Each one lists the records behind it and shows that they add up to the figure.
Revenue Entering Service is read on the period you have selected in the dictionary. Its entry opens the Revenue Entering Service page on that same period, so both show the same figure.
The four pipeline figures are counted exactly as the tiles on the Live Service Pipeline count them. They describe the pipeline as it is right now, so they do not change when you change the dictionary’s period. Each entry opens the Live Service Pipeline filtered to the leads it counts, without any filters you saved on that list.
Service Pipeline Value’s definition now says how an approved lead is valued once experts have bid: at the average of their bids, until the customer accepts a quote.
