Matching starts from the product and ranks experts on the ticks you can see

SDMs and admins — an expert is now shortlisted for a lead only when they list the lead’s product and are available with room under your active-project cap. The shortlist is no longer ordered by an AI score. Each card shows its place — “#1 of 3” — and the order follows what the four ticks show: more approved certifications on the lead’s product first, then industry, then location and language, then capacity, with past CSAT and then the lower day rate breaking any tie. The same lead and the same profiles always give the same order.

The active-project cap is yours to set on Settings → Matching: a whole number from 1 to 20, 3 until you change it. An expert at the cap isn’t shortlisted for new leads, and their Capacity tick reads not met.

Invite an expert now takes an optional note. An expert you invite is listed after the ranked ones, marked “Added by the SDM” with your note. The “Override match score” option is gone, as there is no score to override.

Experts — your bid pool and each lead’s bid page show your four ticks for that lead, with the reason behind each, instead of a fit percentage. The available-work card on your dashboard lists the soonest bid deadlines first.

Leads matched before today keep the experts already on their shortlist, shown in the new order.
