See how each matched expert is engaged, what they cost and how they have delivered
Choosing who goes into the bid pool no longer means opening profiles one by one.
SDMs and admins now see the Matching section on a lead as one card per matched expert, highest fit score first. Each card shows the fit score, whether the expert is internal, a partner or freelance, whether they are vetted, one line of experience, when they are available, where they are, their indicative day rate and their past CSAT out of 10. When the profile has nothing to show, the card says so — “Cost not set”, “No CSAT yet” — rather than leaving a gap.
An expert is vetted once at least one piece of their evidence is approved and still in date. Past CSAT is the average of the customer scores on the work they have delivered.
Setting the class and day rate. On an expert’s profile, the new Engagement panel lets admins and SDMs mark an external expert as a partner or freelance specialist and set their indicative day rate, in the expert’s own currency. Internal experts follow their employment, so their class is shown as internal and changes only with it. Experts not yet classified count as freelance.
On the bids. Each bid on a lead’s Proposals section shows its expert’s class beside their name, so the options from your internal team, partners and freelancers read side by side.
Experts can see their own class and day rate on My knowledge. Neither the class nor the day rate changes how the matcher scores anyone.
