Release alerts name the real reason a record is missing
After every release, an automatic check confirms that the change’s delivery record was filed away with it, and tells the team’s alerts channel when it was not.
The check now reads where records are filed from the same setting the filing step uses, so the two can no longer disagree after the records move. When a record is missing, the alert names the reason it found: still waiting to be filed, filed under the old location by an out-of-date branch, or not found anywhere.
