The assistant keeps your requirement document short and in order
Experts price your request from two sections of its requirement document: the overview and the requirements. When the assistant drafts them with you, it now keeps both to the shape experts can bid on:
- Overview: one to three short paragraphs in your own words, about what happens today and why it is worth fixing. No headings.
- Requirements: one list of up to eight items, most important first, each one a deliverable an expert could quote for. Two items are fine when that is all you need.
- Ranking: the list is split into must have, should have and nice to have only when you rank your requirements that way.
If a draft comes out too long or in the wrong shape, the assistant rewrites it before saving it, and anything else you told it in the same turn is still saved.
